Basseterre, St. Kitts (September 8, 2010) -- St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister, the Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas, received an award at the 10th Anniversary Awards Ceremony and Reception of the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL). The activity was held in Basseterre, St. Kitts. St. Kitts is one of five OECS member states that make up ECTEL. The other states are Grenada, Dominica, St. Vincent, and St. Lucia.
