The purpose and objective of the foundation includes:

(1) In the area of public health and social affairs:

• Developing strategies that protect health and promote optimal living.
• Endorsing public awareness, education, and research initiatives for community empowerment (ICE);
• The establishment of special care services (SCS) for the elderly and vulnerable populations

(2) In the area of environment, culture , and natural heritage the promotion of:

• Sustainable resource use in the Capisterre Region of St Kitts and Nevis
• Community tourism based upon the natural and built heritage of the area and
• Revitalization of Cultural and Heritage activities.

(3) In the area of small states development:

• Promotion of clean food production and livelihood development
• The development of young adult support programs in trade and skills development,
• Stimulate income generation among the youth by investing in the creative industries (the arts (music, fashion, and handicrafts), leisure and entertainment sector.
• And upon the application for and granting of the appropriate licences where necessary the establishing of a micro financing /credit facility for individuals and small business
